• Ronnie has spent over 25 years in full time ministry building programs and ministries that have reached millions in the MENA (Middle East, North Africa) Region. His reputation for creativity and wisdom in navigating the complexities of his region has him regularly called upon to consult with a myriad of churches, nonprofits, and influential agencies such as the UN World Food Program, Samaritans Purse, World Vision, Global Media Outreach and OneHope.

    His organization New Heights is one of the largest producers of original ministry content for Arabic and Farsi audiences.

    He lives in Lebanon with his wife Rachel and their three children. He is an avid tennis player and lover of all sports.

  • Matt has been in some sort of ministry leadership since middle school. He successfully helped start multiple nonprofits that were later acquired by larger non profits. His career has taken him around the globe and has been called upon to lend his voice as a creative consultant for many influential Nonprofit and for profit organizations like OneHope, Habitat for Humanity, Virgin Voyages, Toyota, and Hyatt Hotels. His work has been featured in publications such as Relevant Magazine, Thrillist, Forbes, and Travel & Leisure.

    He lives in Florida and is married to his best friend Dr. Carmen, together they spend their time managing her dental practice, traveling the world looking for good food, and being ‘the cool’ Tío and Tia to their multiple nieces and nephews.

  • Ryan has over a decade of international leadership experience and has excelled equally in the spheres of ministry, businesses and academia. Early in his career, he co-authored a ministry design curriculum that has since been translated into multiple languages and used to train thousands of Christian workers across the globe. Simultaneously, Ryan leads his family’s construction company and has built a successful wine education business.

    He lives in San Diego, California with his wife & their three daughters. He is an ultra long distance cyclist, global traveler, and Certified Specialist of Wine.
